I love these gloves, it is sooo hard to find great weighted gloves and these are definitely a gem. Turbo Jam does sell their weighted gloves but I wanted something to allow my palms to breathe --the turbo jam ones are more like real gloves. These ones, on the other hand are perfect, your palm is allowed to sweat freely. To clean them, I simply remove the weighted bags inside, and drop inside a small laundry bag. once washed, I simply air dry. These are a definite asset to my work outs and I have developed nice arms in addition to losing weight.

These weighted gloves are exactly what I was looking for. There were so many out there but these got great reviews, were open in the palm, you can take the weights out andvwash them. However the packaging was a little off. I tore it open and this stuff shed all ove my floor. Its meant to cushion the package but madeva huge mess. Seller might want to switch to new packages. But overvalue for the seller and gloves I give 5 big stars!
