Pleasantly squishy May 30, 2013

Goodwin Just as described. 6 different colors. as soon as a opened the box and took each pod out of it's individual disposable plastic bag I set them up and used them as I had been taught by my physical therapist. these were a little taller and squishier than the ones I had been using in his clinic. The sink down about an inch when I walk on them. First I used them with sneakers on and then I tried with just socks. The nubs were comfortable underfoot. The SPRI website has free exercise sheets. http://www.spri.com/ItemChart.aspx and they have youtube videos to show how to use the equipment they sell. I will look at the SPRI amazon store when I want to buy some more equipment. I like the quality.
