WATCH DID NOT WORK. Jan 17, 2011
By Paul Rodrigues When I order a watch, I expect it to work. I bought this watch for my nephew for xmas and it did not work. I assumed that the battery was dead so I sent an e-mail to the company and have yet to get a response. I am still waiting so I guess I will end up going to a jeweler to get a battery. I'll find out then. I feel like if you send an e-mail to a company complaining about a product they should have the decency to respond. For that reason I say fail.
