I ordered this cape for my daughter's dress up bin. She loves to play with it, but the velcro closure at her neck often chokes her, as the cap falls towards her back. SHe has an oversized monkey, named George, and he get's more use out of the cape than her.

My nearly four-year-old girl loves this cape. Sometimes she wears it running around shooting water out of her "shooters" when she's "Water Girl." Other times, the cape doubles as a "princess cape" and is worn over her fanciest costumes. Any kid would love this, but especially those who spend most of their hours in various costumes playing dress-up. It's well made and cut to fit around the shoulders, so it fits nice. Velcro makes for easy on-off for little fingers.

Purchased this for a 2 year-old girl that fits in 2T clothes. It is the perfect length, just off the floor. The material is thicker than I had expected and the build is very good.

When this cape first arrived I almost discarded it with the wrapping. It is extremely thin, almost sheer, and not quite what I expected. But, after unwrapping it and putting it on my kid, I realized it works just fine. It's very light, and thus easy / comfortable for my little super heroes to wear. (We bought two, one for my four year old son, and one for my seven year old daughter). I'm not sure why I expected something larger and heavier. It's fine for play though. I guess I was expecting something like a little coat, perhaps with a collar or hood. That's not what was advertised of course, so I can't fault the merchant. They delivered exactly what was indicated.
This is more halloween costume quality than durable - you know, that kind of light weight material you find in most kids costumes. But it was also inexpensive, and, as I say, it does the trick. Monsters beware! The kids have donned their capes, their masks, and are armed with cardboard tubes! Ta-DAAAAAA!!!!
