VERY DISAPPOINTED IN SERVICE Apr 16, 2008 Where do I start in this nightmare. Bought the Larry Bird/Red Auerbach Autographed 16x20. According to their description both Larry and Red had signed it. Once received only Larry signature was the only one there. Called their customer service and called and called. Left 3 messages and 2 emails. After a week I was FINALLY emailed apologizing for the lack of response but told me that I must have misread the description because they have no such item. You read it and tell me...and now no one answering my emails on the credit to my card. Amazon should revoke them from selling using their site. Oh yea..called Amazon and talked to their representive and got no where. I guess my English was too...confusing for their Indian (I mean Delhi) representive.
