Then the metal emblem falls off and it looks like crap. Like the other reviewer on here, I used it for maybe a month and the emblem came off. You'd think if they're gonna charge $20 for this thing it would be made better.

By Mike This mug does keep my hot beverage hot, however the Jet emblem fell off the cup after a few weeks. I did not drop it, so I don't understand why this happened. I still use it, but it is ugly.
