satisfied customer Sep 21, 2008 I found this product to be all it was advertised to be. I have bought several from other souces of the same item and they were much more expensive and they did not work very long. I used this card suffler every week when 3 couples play cards.
Let's play cards!! Sep 16, 2008 First, it is a good product for how much you pay for it. Mine did come with a spring broken, however we still can use it! It works better with a high quality deck of cards( think casino cards) You do have to put the cards through a couple of times to get a good shuffle but it beats doing it all by hand.
Worth the $ Sep 08, 2008 I bought this shuffler because I play alot of card based table games (Munchkin mainly)with friends n family. With the expansions to the game, the deck grew to around 600 cards. And that takes a while to shuffle by hand between games. This I can do all of the cards within 2 minutes 3-4 times over. Saves alot of time for sure. The spring on the card slide is about the only thing that I would improve. It's a bit uneven. But other than that, this was money well spent.
Great for the $ Aug 23, 2008 This unit shuffles well and I modified it to run from electric in lieu of batteries.
One of the springs came off of the table that lowers when the cards are shuffled and I had to place it back on the peg.
I'm buying two more of these for friends.

shuffler was just what we needed Jun 27, 2007 One of the card games we play uses 5 to 7 decks of cards (depending on how many are playing). Manually shuffling that many cards is a real pain, especially if small or arthritic hands are involved! We found one of these shufflers on our travels, and EVERYONE wanted one. I ordered 7 more and gave them away to family & friends -- they are still thanking us.
Ours has had heavy use, and is still working fine and on the first set of batteries. One side feeder sometimes needs a slight lift on the outside edge of the cards in order to feed smoothly (no big deal, but you might try it if one side feeds faster than the other). We found that some cheaper cards can have their edges roughed up by the process, but most cards stay newer longer because they are not being bent across the middle.
It's a little noisier, but we actually enjoy shuffling now, and one of the kids stated that the machine could keep him amused for hours even without a game.
