This product was hard to use, difficult to fit, and I ultimately threw it out. The directions were clear and I'm sure it works for some people but not me. I have a small mouth and I followed the directions carefully to no avail. :-(

Haven't even actually tried it yet because it's way too big and bulky and uncomfortable! Bought a (cheaper) single guard (also designed for women/girls) instead which is also a little bulky and not the most comfortable, but it's better than this one for me (for boxing/krav maga). This probably protects better, but I just can't wear it.

It didn't work for me at all. It just didn't fit, I adjusted it every which way I could and I couldn't get it to work.

I got it today and i was so excited. It is specifically design for women and the mouth size is just about right. The "bite and boil" process was easy and convenient, just followed the instructions and you are all set. During game today, I did not have any difficulties breathing or talking because the space in between makes everything better. Again, I really like this mouthguard, it is worth my purchase.
