5Really love these pods  Dec 12, 2014 By BSimonen
Really love these pods. Previously I was a BOSU junkie, yet never like storing that 30" round piece of equipment. With these pods you are actually do more with less. Great for making plank holds unstable, for assisting the neck in floor exercises, adding a challenge of instability to any standing exercise, or with the use of a TRX. They are very sturdy, can be stacked-flat edge to flat edge- for more challenge, and my best equipment purchase this year. I run a suspension gym and am always looking for news ways to make it more fun and challenging. These are doing the job.

5Pleasantly squishy  May 30, 2013 By D. Goodwin
Just as described.
6 different colors. as soon as a opened the box and took each pod out of it's individual disposable plastic bag I set them up and used them as I had been taught by my physical therapist. these were a little taller and squishier than the ones I had been using in his clinic. The sink down about an inch when I walk on them. First I used them with sneakers on and then I tried with just socks. The nubs were comfortable underfoot. The SPRI website has free exercise sheets. and they have youtube videos to show how to use the equipment they sell. I will look at the SPRI amazon store when I want to buy some more equipment. I like the quality.

5... these instead of the FitPaws versions and these are great for my dog as well as for me  Jan 25, 2015 By DGM
Bought these instead of the FitPaws versions and these are great for my dog as well as for me. I haven't had a chance to use them much but they retain their shape well, sink in just enough without going flat, and they feel fine on bare feet, actually quite pleasant. Wish I could get just a set of four but the set of six is reasonable.

5Great for Special Needs Kids or Daycare  Jul 24, 2013 By Hi
I have son with balance and coordination issues due to Dandy Walker Malformation. My son used these at PT and I thought we should have some at home. These are great for him to work on strengthing his feet and ankle muscles. Also they feel awesome to step on bare feet. They are a good sensory item to have. I run a home daycare and the kids love trying to balance on them, jump off, or use as stepping stones. I would highly recommend them. I read a lot of reviews before purchases these. I love that the kids can go on them bare foot. A lot of similar products the texture hurt on bare feet. The colors are awesome too!
